About Red Kettle Kitchens

My name is Sarah Catherine Hill, and I grew up in Great Falls, Montana. When I was little, my mom told me about this restaurant she had when she was a little girl, which she called The Red Kettle, after a real red kettle which has apparently since disappeared. As the Red Kettle’s chef, Mom made a lot of grilled cheese sandwiches. Well, now I’m in college, and I’ve decided to spend my January term in Great Falls, and I thought, ‘What better goal than to resurrect The Red Kettle?’ So this month, I will be cooking as many as possible of the things that I think would make a good menu for a Montana restaurant and feeding them to my friends and family, who will be providing valuable feedback. And one day, when I’m all grown up, I really will open The Red Kettle Restaurant. That, my dears, is the plan.
